Cara-cara:

1. Masukkan ayam, bawang besar, bawang putih, tomato puree dan semua rempah dalam mangkuk dan kacau rata.

2. Ambil 4 keping lasagna dan sapukan 1 lapisan bahan ayam. Kemudian taburkan keju cheddar dan letakkan 1 keping lagi lasagna di atasnya.

3. Ulang proses tersebut sehingga habis kepingan lasagna dan isiannya. Bakar dalam air fryer selama 5 minit atau sehingga keju mencair.

4. Angkat keluar dan biarkan ia sejuk sebentar sebelum dihidang.

For the chicken marinade, you will need:

  • 1kg chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp tandoori powder
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

  • 4 tbsp cooking oil

  • 2 inch ginger, julienned

  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt to taste

First, marinate the chicken with all the ingredients listed above. You can leave it overnight in the fridge to let the flavours infuse, but if you're pressed for time, just marinate it for at least an hour.

Add water to the pan and mix well. Bring the gravy to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pan and cook for around 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the gravy thickens. Add salt to taste.
