• 200g butter
• 1 cup of sugar
• 2 cups of cornflakes
• 2 cups of self-raising flour

Instructions

1. Cream butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until it becomes light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition.
3. Add self-raising flour and salt to the mixture and mix well.

5. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
6. Scoop the mixture using a tablespoon and place them onto the baking tray lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges become golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking tray for 10 minutes.
9. Then, transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
10. Store the cookies in an airtight container.
